Born in Chifeng City, China, he has a distinguished background, having held key managerial roles including Deputy Manager, Chief Technical Director, and General Manager for several Chinese entities, such as Jilin Zijin Copper Co., Ltd. His career is marked by significant achievements, including fourteen national invention patents and eight published papers in national journals, which highlight his commitment to advancing smelting technology.
Changdong graduated from the Inner Mongolia University of Technology, where he majored in Non-ferrous Metal Smelting in 1993 and later pursued Business Administration in 2005. His educational foundation has been instrumental in shaping his technical and managerial acumen, equipping him with the expertise to lead advanced smelting operations.
